THE HORSE NATIONS INDIAN RELAY “2017 CHAMPIONSHIP OF CHAMPIONS” AMERICA’S First EXTREME SPORT!

This years’ Indian Relay Horse Racing Championships is expected to be the largest gathering of tribes and fans ever in the history of the sport. Big money Friday and Saturday all lead up to Championship Sunday worth over $50,000 in prize money.

In addition to the thrilling main event, spectators will also get to watch three other exciting and entertaining races every day – Indian Warriors Race, Indian Ladies Race and Kid’s Indian Relay.   Each culminating with its own Championship Race on Sunday/September 24, 2017.

“Meet the Champs” This is a new fan experience being offer this year…

The toughest teams in Indian Relay have earned their entry into the “Championship of Champions” by winning one of Horse Nations Indian Relay Council’s accredited races. Meet the riders of these teams at “Meet the Champs” Friday and Saturday. Meet the finalists of the Championship of Champions on Sunday before they square off for the toughest Indian Relay race of the year.

On Friday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, meet the Champions of:

Emerald Downs – Auburn, WA
Powder River Days – Sheridan, WY
Pine Ridge Village Firecracker Horse Races – Pine Ridge, SD North American Indian Days – Browning, MT Eagle Butte Hometown Days – Eagle Butte, SD
Oglala Run With The Warriors – Pine Ridge, SD

On Saturday 12:30pm to 1:30pm, meet the Champions of:

Phillips County Fair – Dodson, MT
Northwest Montana Fair Indian Relay Races – Kalispell, MT
NCW District Fair Indian Relay – Waterville, WA
Rosebud Rodeo and Indian Relay Races – Rosebud, SD
Lower Brule Indian Relay Races – Lower Brule, SD
MHA Nation Indian Relay – Parshall, ND

On Sunday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, meet the finalists for the Championship Indian Relay race at Championship of Champions. These riders will match up for the toughest Indian Relay race of 2017 and the winner will be named “Champion of Champions 2017”
